Client Guidebook
The first week feels smoother when you know what to expect. This guidebook covers your daily structure, phone and visitor policies (these vary by program), and how you work with your case manager. It also explains the ways your family can stay involved in your recovery.
Client Guidebook, The Details
Your first week has a rhythm. Mornings start early with a shared meal. Then come group sessions, individual therapy, and time to rest. Each day is planned, so you always know what comes next.
Phone and visitor policies depend on your program. Some phases limit contact at first, then open up as you settle in. Ask your case manager for the exact schedule that applies to you.
Your case manager is your main point of contact. They coordinate your care and answer the practical questions that come up. A few things they can help with:
- Setting your treatment goals and reviewing progress
- Explaining phone and visitation windows for your program
- Arranging aftercare and discharge planning
- Passing messages to and from your family
Families stay involved on purpose. We keep loved ones informed within the limits you approve. Family therapy and scheduled visits give you room to rebuild trust at a steady pace.
Bring comfortable clothes and any prescribed medications. Leave valuables at home. When you arrive, staff will walk you through the rest.
